Innovate Web Designs Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to uphold those rights as well. In alignment with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address reports of copyright infringement that occur via our services if such claims are submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent detailed in the sample notice below.

If you are the copyright owner, someone authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, or someone with an exclusive right under copyright, you may report any alleged copyright violations happening on or through our website (the "Site") by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving a Notice as specified below, we will undertake whatever actions we believe to be suitable, including the removal of the contested content from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Specify the copyrighted work that you assert has been infringed, or if there are multiple works, provide a representative list of those works that you believe are infringed.
2. Identify the material or link that you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and that you wish to be disabled, including, at a minimum, the applicable URL of the link displayed on the Site or the precise location where such material can be found.
3. Provide your organization affiliation (if applicable), your mailing address, phone number, and, if available, your email address.
4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
* "I hereby declare that I have a genuine belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not permitted by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (for instance, as a fair use)."
* "I certify that the information contained in this Notice is true and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of, the copyright owner, or of an exclusive right under copyright that is being infringed."
5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits false information regarding infringing material or activity might face legal consequences.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, which was taken down (or for which access was disabled), does not infringe on any copyright, or that you have permission from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the content was found prior to its removal or disablement;
3. A statement asserting that you have a genuine belief that the content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification;
4. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address, accompanied by a statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Seychelles, and a statement indicating that you will accept service of process from the individual who submitted the original notice of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may send a copy of that counter-notice to the original complainant, notifying them that we may restore the removed content or cease its disablement within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner takes legal action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access to it reinstated, within 10 to 14 business days or more after the counter-notice is received, at our discretion.

Policy for Repeat Infringers

In compliance with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have implemented a policy to terminate users who are identified as repeat infringers in appropriate cases and at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to limit Site access or terminate the accounts of any user who violates any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of any previous infringement.
